شرکت گروه توسعه اقتصادی خزر با ظرفیت اسمی تولید 500 تن محصول در سال، بزرگترین تولیدکننده مشتقات یُد در کشور است. محصولات تولیدی شرکت، شامل پتاسیم یدات، کلسیم یدات و پتاسیم یدید می‌باشد. تمامی این محصولات با خلوص بالا، تحت نظارت دقیق کنترل کیفیت و مطابق با استانداردهای بین‌المللی عرضه می‌گردند.

ید بعنوان ماده اصلی تشکیل دهنده محصولات تولیدی شرکت گروه توسعه اقتصادی خزر از شرکت کانسار خزر (تحت مالکیت مشترک) تامین می­شود که به عنوان نخستین و تنها تولیدکننده یُد در ایران و خاورمیانه، از سال 1387 به استخراج و فرآوری ماده استراتژیک ید می‌پردازد.

ید تولیدی این شرکت با کیفیت بالا در صنایع دارویی، شیمیایی و پتروشیمی مورد استفاده است. ایران با تولید ید توسط شرکت کانسار خزر، در رتبه پنجم تولیدکنندگان ید جهان قرار دارد.

لازم به ذکر است که در مجموع، تنها هشت کشور در دنیا تولیدکنندگان ماده معدنی ید هستند. محصولات تولیدی در حوزه مشتقات ید، با برند گروه توسعه اقتصادی خزر تولید می‌شوند.

Iodine Derivatives Production Unit

Khazar Economic Development Group Company, with a nominal production capacity of 500 tons of products per year, is the largest producer of iodine derivatives in the country. The company's products include potassium iodate, calcium iodate and potassium iodide. All of these products are supplied with high purity, under strict quality control supervision and in accordance with international standards.

Iodine, as the main ingredient in the products produced by Khazar Economic Development Group Company, is supplied by the Kansar Khazar Company (under joint ownership), which, as the first and only producer of iodine in Iran and the Middle East, has been extracting and processing the strategic iodine substance since 2008.

The high-quality iodine produced by this company is used in the pharmaceutical, chemical and petrochemical industries. Iran, with the production of iodine by the Kansar Khazar Company, ranks fifth in the world in iodine producers.

It should be noted that in total, only eight countries in the world are producers of iodine minerals. Products produced in the field of iodine derivatives are produced under the brand name of Khazar Economic Development Group.
